Description

This is a stunning ebonised Danish rocking chair which is a classic. Originally designed by Hans J Wegner in the 1940's this is a mid century icon which was manufactured around the 1960s by FDB Mobler. It would look stunning in a living room, kitchen or bedroom to finish off that mid century look.

The chair has a beech frame which has been lacquered in black and has its original woven papercord seating. Overall the chair is in very good condition which has been restored by us in our workshop. However it does have some wear to the seating area as it is original but is still sound and firm (please see photos).

As this is vintage there are signs of 'wear & tear', we try to show any blemishes in our photos. We restore all pieces ourselves and feel blemishes do not detract from the beauty of the piece and shows its history.
